AbruzzoRental supplies cross-hire and B2B sub-rental to rental houses and production companies across Europe. Based in central Italy, we ship cine lenses, cameras and lighting by insured courier, with the paperwork handled properly: intra-EU invoicing, documented equipment condition and insurance requirements agreed before anything leaves the warehouse. Only part of our range is listed online — send us your request and we will confirm availability.

How cross-hire works

Request and quote. Send us the items, dates and delivery address: we reply within 24 hours on business days with availability and a full quote, shipping included.
Written confirmation. Equipment is reserved upon written confirmation of dates, amounts and terms.
Payment and insurance. We require payment in advance and a copy of the insurance certificate covering the rented equipment before shipping.
Shipping. The gear travels in professional flight cases by insured courier; return transport is arranged the same way at the end of the hire.

Condition reporting you can rely on

Before each shipment we log serial numbers and photograph the condition of every item. The record travels with the paperwork, so both sides know exactly what left the warehouse and in what state. On return, the equipment is checked against the same record and any issue is reported in writing.

Invoicing for EU companies

For companies established in another EU country holding a valid VAT number, we invoice under the intra-EU reverse charge mechanism. All prices are quoted net of VAT. We also work with Italian production service companies handling foreign shoots in Italy, invoiced under standard domestic terms.

Shooting in Abruzzo or central Italy?

If your production is shooting in Abruzzo or central Italy, we can skip the courier altogether and deliver directly to set. Delivery is free of charge within Abruzzo; for nearby regions, transport is quoted with the rental.
