AbruzzoRental is based in Abruzzo, but our equipment travels: we ship cameras, lenses and lighting anywhere in Italy by insured courier. Remote rentals follow a clear procedure, designed to protect the gear and give you reliable timings. Only part of our range is listed online — if you need something you don’t see in the catalogue, just ask.
How remote rental works
- Online quote. Pick your items from the catalogue or send us a list: we reply within 24 hours on business days with availability and a final quote, shipping costs included.
- Written confirmation. Equipment is reserved only upon written confirmation, stating dates, amounts and rental terms.
- Payment in advance. Shipped rentals are paid in full before the equipment leaves our warehouse.
- Insured courier shipping. The gear travels in professional flight cases and reaches most of Italy in 24/48 hours.
- Return at the end of the rental. When the rental ends, the equipment comes back by the same insured courier, with collection arranged as agreed in the quote.
What we need from you
- A copy of the insurance certificate covering the rented equipment, provided before the shipment leaves.
- Full company details: registered name, VAT number and invoicing details (an identity document for individual freelancers).
- Payment in advance of the full amount stated in the quote.
Packing and transport
Every shipment travels in professional flight cases, with the contents checked and documented at departure. We only use insured couriers: the insured value and the terms of cover are stated in the quote.
How the rental period is calculated
The rental period runs door to door: from the day the equipment is delivered to you to the day the courier collects it. Transit days are agreed in the quote, so you know upfront how logistics affect the total — no surprises when the gear comes back.
Shipping costs
Free delivery applies to Abruzzo only. Outside the region, shipping costs — outbound and return — depend on volume, weight and destination, and are always itemised in the quote before you confirm. All prices exclude VAT.
Support during the rental
Throughout the rental you have a direct phone line to us: for questions about configuration, accessories or operation, we answer by phone and on WhatsApp.
What gets requested most often
- Cine and anamorphic lenses, often to complete sets already in production;
- Cameras with their shooting accessories;
- Lighting kits complete with stands and modifiers.
The online catalogue shows only part of what we stock: for specific items, it is always worth asking.
