Description
For documentary, interview and run-and-gun work you need support that's precise yet light: the Cartoni Focus 8 tripod is lightweight — the head alone weighs 1.8 kg — and offers the same mechanics as its bigger siblings, with continuously variable counterbalance and adjustable fluid drag, in an 8 kg class.
On a 75 mm base it balances rigged mirrorless bodies, compact cameras and small cine bodies with light lenses to perfection, with ±90° tilt and 360° pan. The difference from photo tripods "adapted to video" shows on the first slow pan: clean starts and stops, no snatching.
It's one of the most requested models in our fleet for one-person crews, and also the easiest to move between locations when you're shooting around Abruzzo. We supply it with quick-release plate and pan bar.
