Description
The bazooka column sits right between dolly and tripod: stiffer than sticks, faster to rig than a hydraulic column. The GFM Bazooka Kit with Floor Spider lets you set the camera at a precise, repeatable height: the column adjusts in height with quick locks and tops out in a Mitchell mount for fluid and geared heads, while the floor spider turns it into a standalone support when it's off the dolly.
In practice you use it two ways: on the GFM skate dolly for tracking shots, or on the floor with the spider for stable framing in spaces where tripod legs would get in the way. Rigging is fast and the structure holds full cine configurations without flexing.
