Description
Three 4x5.65" filter stages, a carbon-fibre body and a price that doesn't weigh on the budget: the Tilta MB-T12 Matte Box is the sensible choice for managing NDs, polarisers and diffusion on cinema lenses without moving up to far pricier studio systems. The three stages are fixed and let you stack, for example, an ND, a Black Pro-Mist-type diffusion and a pola.
Mounting is flexible: clamp-on directly to the front of the lens via 80, 95, 110, 114 and 134 mm adapter rings, or on 15mm LWS rods with the dedicated bracket. The included top flag cuts flares from above, while the hard-matte set covers focal lengths from wide to tele.
We pair it as standard with our camera kits: at 20 euros per day for rental, with on-set delivery in Abruzzo, there's no reason to shoot without it.
