Description
For on-set still photography and portraits, the Profoto D30 delivers 500 Ws adjustable across an 11-stop range, with the shot-to-shot consistency the Swedish brand is known for. TTL and HSS via AirX let you work fast even on exteriors with strong ambient light, while the bicolor LED modeling lamp (2800–7000K) helps you compose before the shot and can serve as a supplementary continuous source.
In Freeze mode the flash duration reaches 1/21,100 of a second: useful for freezing splashes, dust, or movement in behind-the-scenes shots. The Profoto mount opens up the brand's entire range of modifiers, from umbrellas to OCF softboxes.
In our rental we configure it with a battery power station for use in locations without mains power, and we can deliver it straight to set in Abruzzo along with the rest of the lighting package.
