To follow an actor down a street, a trail or a corridor too long for track, the Movomax Rickshaw is often the most practical answer: a push-along rickshaw on which the operator sits with a gimbal, Steadicam or handheld camera, while a grip moves it at the speed the scene calls for. The result is smooth, repeatable long takes without the setup time of a traditional dolly.
Pneumatic wheels absorb the irregularities of the ground and let you work on asphalt, packed dirt and mixed surfaces; the seat leaves the operator free to rotate the torso and handle the frame while someone else worries about the path.
