Description
Anyone renting our Sony FX9 finds this Sony XQD G Series 240GB in the kit, the native media for its recording slots. With 440 MB/s read and 400 MB/s write it handles XAVC-I 4K at high frame rates with no risk, and the 240GB cover a full day of intense shooting before offload.
The XQD format was born for broadcast and it shows: protected contacts, a rigid shell, and resistance to drops and demagnetization well beyond an ordinary SD. It's a card built to pass between operator and DIT without a second thought.
We also rent it on its own, for anyone who already owns an FX9 or a Nikon with XQD slots and needs extra capacity on a project: we bring it to set ourselves in Abruzzo, along with the reader if requested.
