Description
Sometimes you don't need a motor: you need a rail that actually runs straight. The 120 cm Shootools Slider is the manual version we keep in our inventory for hand-driven tracking shots, with a carriage on bearings that keeps the travel smooth and consistent along its full length, even at the centre point where cheap sliders start to bind.
The aluminium construction takes rigged cinema cameras without flexing: you can set it on the ground on its adjustable feet, mount it on a single tripod for short moves, or on two stands when you want the full travel. With a fluid head on board you can also add combined pans during the slide.
It's one of the most versatile rental items in our camera-movement department: at 50 euros a day it handles interviews, B-roll and dialogue scenes. On-location delivery available for anyone shooting in Abruzzo.
