It weighs just 665 grams and is the most compact cinema camera Canon has ever built: the EOS C50 carries a next-generation full-frame 7K sensor and records Cinema RAW Light internally at 12-bit up to 7K 60p, with a 3:2 open gate mode that makes anamorphic work and vertical social crops effortless.
We recommend it for documentaries, branded content and agile productions where the camera moves constantly from handheld to gimbal: the RF mount opens up Canon's latest lens lineup, while adapters let you run EF and PL glass too. Its 32-megapixel stills mode also makes it handy for on-set photography.
We're happy to pair it in the rental with a set of RF zooms and spare batteries; for productions shooting in Abruzzo, on-set delivery is available alongside the rest of the camera package.
