Description
The Canon EOS C80 brings the 6K full frame backside-illuminated stacked sensor of its bigger sibling, the C400, into a run-and-gun body. The triple base ISO at 800, 3200 and 12800 lets you shoot clean log from full daylight to the night scene, and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II remains one of the most reliable autofocus systems in its class when working without an assistant.
It records Cinema RAW Light 6K and oversampled 10-bit XF-AVC internally, with 4K up to 120p for slow motion. The motorized ND reaches 10 stops: you shoot exteriors at midday with fast lenses and no screw-on filters. The 12G-SDI output slots it into multicamera and live workflows without adapters.
For rentals we recommend it to anyone producing branded content, interviews and documentaries with RF glass, but with the dedicated adapter it also accepts your EF collection. Delivery happens right on set, anywhere in Abruzzo.
