Description
The Speed Panchros defined the Hollywood look from the 1930s through the 1960s; the Cooke SP3 Speed Panchro Kit brings them back to life in full frame, with six focal lengths from 18 to 100 mm and a T2.4 aperture. The character is vintage — soft focus toward the edges, warm skin tones, painterly defocus — inside compact, lightweight barrels designed for mirrorless cameras.
The interchangeable E, RF and L mounts make them native on the Sony FX3/FX6, RED Komodo and L-mount bodies with no adapters in between, while the standard 0.8 gears on focus and iris accept any follow focus. The low weight is a blessing on gimbals and in run-and-gun.
