Description
Six vintage Soviet optics — the Mir, Helios, Jupiter and Tair lines — brought back to life inside IronGlass's modern barrels: the IronGlass MKII 6-Lens Kit in PL mount combines flares you won't find anywhere else, swirly bokeh and an image texture no filter can fake. The mechanics, though, are thoroughly current: internal focus with 300° of rotation, 0.8 cine-pitch gears and a unified 95mm front ready for mattebox and filters.
We recommend it for music videos, commercials and narrative work chasing a strong visual identity without giving up a smooth set: the 1st AC works just as they would on a set of modern primes. Full-frame coverage means no issues on VENICE, ALEXA Mini LF or V-Raptor.
Rental starts at €350/day and, as with our entire lens inventory, we can deliver the kit straight to location, in Abruzzo and beyond. As a pairing we suggest a light Black Mist to soften the highlights even further.
