Built for shooters on Canon RF-mount cine cameras — the RED Komodo above all — the Vazen Anamorphic Kit 28, 40, 65mm brings a 1.8x squeeze to a system that still offers little native anamorphic. The three focal lengths (28mm T2.2, 40mm T2, 65mm T2) cover the essential frames of any story: wide shot, full figure, close-up.
The rendering is classic Vazen: pronounced oval bokeh, warm horizontal flares and a sharpness that holds up well even wide open. The 0.8 MOD geared focus and iris rings make switching from one lens to the next effortless with a follow focus.
We offer them for rental on short films, branded content and music videos that call for authentic optical widescreen. We deliver the kit with flight case straight to set, from our warehouse in Abruzzo.
